She serves as the chair of a veteran-focused initiative dedicated to mentoring service members, supporting their transition into civilian careers, and creating pathways for long-term professional success. Her leadership has directly impacted veterans seeking stability, growth, and purpose after military service.

Anny is also an accomplished business professional with expertise in financial management, organizational leadership, and operational planning. She brings disciplined decision-making, sharp analytical skills, and a mission-driven work ethic to every engagement. 

 Betty Grullon is a Project/Proposal Manager and Senior Software Developer with over 20 years of experience providing Government contracting software lifecycle support with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Masters of Management Information Systems.

Alongside her technical career, Betty is the founder of Betty Nova, a personal-development and training brand dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through mindset work, emotional intelligence, leadership development, and wellness programs. Through retreats, workshops, and coaching experiences, Betty helps people elevate performance, overcome limiting beliefs, and align with their purpose. Her work in Betty Nova brings a human-centered leadership perspective that strengthens how we approach training, communication, and organizational growth.
